 enlarge | Gateway XPS P-6831FX Gaming Laptop This item was purchased from an estate sale. Unsure of the problem. The laptop turns on and functions sorta normal besides the graphical error on the screen. The battery appears to hold a minor charge, but not guaranteed. The ram and HDD were bought to test this laptop out. It doesn't start without ram, so i bought ram to test it out. Can't go any further with the repairs because the repairs go further than my skill set will take me. Maybe it just needs new thermal paste on the GPU? I don't know. There is only the laptop with the 2 x 2gb ram, the 320gb HDD, and the laptop and the battery. All sold as is. The ram and HDD were purchased new to test the machine out a couple of days ago.
